: Great location. Liked having a locker room for skis and being able to step right out to the slopes.
: Resort lost power for several hours during our stay. Would’ve liked Snowshoe to step up and offer rebate or coupons or something for inconvenience of not having power. Affected chairlifts too.

: Reading the reviews before this trip I was thinking “what have we booked” but the place was more than nice other than to rooms being fairly small. It was very nice! Great location! Clean rooms and bathrooms! Plenty of towels! Okay beds! Heat DOES work! Key required to enter the building so felt safe!! They give you a locker for all your skis in the hotel! Ski rental in the same building! Overall great place to stay! Had a wonderful time at snowshoe!!
: silver creek tubing is dangerous! Big ice rocks causing people to flip off there tubes!! Wouldn’t recommend for small kids!

: We stayed 2 times at Expedition Station. The first time all kitchen facilities were great, both cooktops worked well. Everything was new. The second time one of the cooktops was non-functional. And kitchen appliances were aged especially pans.
: That was a very limited parking space near the facility. Loading/unloading was difficult.

  : The views.
: Room not cleaned daily. Only every 4 days. My room never got cleaned. Had no shampoo, nothing. Horrible. For an additional towel I was told I would be charge $20. For each one that is ridiculous. If I wanted the room it would be $40 daily additional. You have to walk long distances to throw away the trash because they pick it up in the room. So many setbacks. No bell service you need to service your self. Long waits for the bus to get around the mountain. Got injured the first day, I injured my wrist my husband injured his tail bone. We never used the lifts, not even once. Paid $300 and they won’t refund me. Even though I never used the tickets. Slopes close at 4:30pm then they obligate you to go to sliver creek. All because that place is dead all the time. They manipulate you all the time deviantly. Horrible.

: Right on top, ski in/out with free lockers for your gear in the lobby. The village is great, never have to leave.
: Unfortunately we were there when the covid 19 shut downs began. I understand the closings, but just happened to see a post on Fb by Snowshoe, no call, email, or knock on the door. Just a note slipped under the door that morning. The resort let us buy lift tickets at 5pm knowing a few hours later they were shutting everything down. We even overheard staff on the lifts saying they heard rumors early thst morning, but wouldn’t say what the rumors were. The resort knew. Difficult times i know, and we are not unhappy, and will definitely go bavk
